Quick Queso Dip Recipe Inspiration

This recipe was honestly inspired by the fact that superbowl sunday will be hosted at our house. While we are plant based, many of our family members are not and we’ve been brainstorming on what dishes to make for game day that everyone will enjoy. We’ve got plenty of ideas and vegan game day recipes to come but a dairy free queso dip was an absolute must. Inspired from Mexican Cuisine, as most people know, queso dip is the ultimate dip for loaded nachos, quesadillas, sandwich spreads, taco sauce, or even as a simple chip dip.
I have memories of going to game day parties and there always being a slimy, bright yellow sauce all over chips that eventually became completely devoured. While it was clearly a crowd favorite growing up, I knew there must be a way to make a healthier, “not stick to your insides/ make you constipated” version.
I am so happy to say we did it, and made a Vegan Queso Dip. Not only is this recipe full of protein but also fiber and nutrients. This recipe satisfies that specific cheesy game day craving while feeding the body nutritious food at the same time.
How to Spice up this Vegan Queso

Consider this recipe as a guideline, if you have a high tolerance or preference for heat here are some additional ideas to add into your blender.
