It is super simple to make, healthy, flavorful, and takes less than 5 minutes!

Vegan Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Ingredients

Here are the ingredients you will need to make this smoothie.

Pumpkin Puree: It wouldn’t be fall without pumpkin everything! This is a common ingredient you can find in most stores year-round. We suggest you use an organic unsweetened can of pumpkin puree. Be careful not to use pumpkin pie filling, as this will add unwanted ingredients and make your smoothie super sweet. You can even make your own pumpkin purée if you wish to do so. But we went with the easier route here.

Banana: We love to use bananas in our smoothie recipes. Banana is a great way to achieve that creamy smoothie consistency. 

Vegan Yogurt: The yogurt in this recipe adds creaminess to the smoothie. We used a vanilla dairy-free yogurt. You can find sweetened and unsweetened. Plain yogurt will work just as well, but we decided the vanilla would add some depth of flavor to the smoothie.

Oat Milk: Oat milk turns this thick shake into a sip-able smoothie. 

Almond Butter: Almond butter adds healthy fats to the smoothie. It adds just a touch of flavor as well but is more for texture and nutrients.

Maple Syrup: This ingredient is optional. Be sure to check your other ingredients before adding maple syrup. If you’ve used sweetened yogurt or sweetened milk, you will most likely not need maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 1 Banana

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 Pumpkin Puree

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 Almond Milk

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Almond Butter

  • 1 tsp 1 Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 1 tsp 1 Maple Syrup (optional)

Directions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
