B12 is an important vitamin needed for the metabolism of every cell in the body. It also aids in the production of blood cells as well as the creation of DNA. This water soluble vitamin is only 1 of the 8 B vitamins. B12 is mostly derived from animal consumption or via supplements.
There are many views and discussions on B12, we are not nutritionists or licensed health professionals, this is just an overall generalization of B12.
